On March 11th, 2016, in one of the most romantic cities in the world, Alan proposed to his girlfriend Emily on the grand canal in Venice, Italy.
Exactly one year later, on March 11th, 2017, Emily and Alan were to be married on the other side of the Atlantic, in beautiful upstate New York, at Round Hill House.
I woke up on their special day at 4:30am to leave Manhattan. As I left my hotel, I could see that the city was still asleep, with only a handful of coffee shops open. It was so peaceful.
A few hours later, I arrived at the beautiful venue. It was a very warm and intimate ceremony and reception of 120 guests, despite the temperatures being freezing outside. You could feel the connection between all the guests and the happy couple. It was truly a blessed day from God.
A few days after, Emily, Alan, and I did a wedding photo shoot in Central Park and on the Brooklyn Bridge and I was able to get some amazing photographs of the newlyweds.
Until we meet again Emily, Alan, and New York! Saluti e baci a tutti!
